I have checked it with scanner, everything was okay, except idling-stop. It comes with the code of (P1382 (starter control module)). Mechanic said replace the battery. That is why Eco-idling is not working. So what should I do now? Thanks in advance.
2018 Machine, 150 hours. Subject says it all. Dash light indicates that it is active, just never idles down. Set at 004 seconds. I’ve tried setting at different intervals, same results. Anything obvious I’m missing or suggestions before taking it to the dealer? Thanks.
I have taken my Ody for service 2 times in the last 2 months because the Auto Idle stop did not work. The last time they replaced the battery. The service guy said that the battery tested OK but they said something in the battery was not right. They had to prove to HONDA that there was a problem with the battery.

Why does my AC work while driving but not at idle? Most likely problem is with fan system not operating properly to move air through condenser while stopped or moving slow. Dirty cooling fins, faulty fan clutch or malfunctioning sensor could cause this. Another possibility is charge in system is low affecting its efficiency.
